DIRECT- Direct from point of pickup to point of delivery.

ASAP - Delivered within 3 (three) hours within a 50 (fifty) miles radius of pickup. 4 (four) hours within a radius of 75 (seventy five) miles of pickup. Called in before 2:00pm.

SAMEDAY- Delivered by 5:00pm, Called in by 10:00am.

ROUTED SERVICE - Courierwest offers daily routed service to Courts and law offices in Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Tacoma, Olympia, Bellingham and points in between. Contact us for more information.

Additional Terms and Conditions

DISCOUNTS - are available for volume customers. We also offer a 10% discount for orders received to be picked up the next business day for Direct, ASAP, and SAMEDAY

ROUNDTRIPS - Picking up at point “A", delivered to point “B” and return to point “A”. The second part will be charged at 50% of the original price. Both deliveries must use the same service rate.

MULTIPLE DELIVERIES TO SAME AREA - When multiple deliveries to the same area are picked up at the same time from the same location, the furthest point is billed at 100% of the original service level. Remaining deliveries are billed at 50% of the same service level.

WEIGHT- Up to 30 pounds is included in the destination charge. Over 30 pounds will be charged 10 cents per pound starting at 31 pounds plus the destination charge.

WAITING TIME - This will apply if the driver waits longer than 10 minutes and is charged at a rate of $0.75 per minute.

WRONG ADDRESSES - Are charged at a rate of $5.00 plus mileage from wrong address to correct address at original service level.

ATTEMPTS - Any unsuccessful attempt to pickup will be charged at a rate 50% of the original service level plus any waiting time. Any unsuccessful attempt to deliver will be charged at a rate 100% of the original service level plus any waiting time.

CANCELLATIONS - An order can be cancelled within 15 minutes of the pickup time. Otherwise, a charge of 50% of the original service level will apply.
